An Attractive Oil Painting Full of Ranks of People

I have ever seen an oil painting entitled The Night Watch; the most impressive feature of it is the quantities of people from all walks, and nearly each of them is shaped likeness. It is a famous genre painting out of the seventeenth century of Dutch Baroque style. Its painter is Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn, who is regarded as one of the greatest painters and printmakers in European art history. He devoted himself into art creation of Baroque style. This oil painting is one of the most representative oil paintings of Baroque style.
This baroque oil painting is the height of Rembrandt van Rijin’s career. Painted in 1642, the colossal painting is a commissioned group portrait of a militia company. This portrait oil painting conventionally depicted their members in concise row or at a banquet. However, from the artist’s version, the prosaic subject is made into dynamic art painting; with its dramatic action, the conventions of traditional portraiture are overturned. The Night Watch conveys the captain of the guard as he is the leader of the yellow-cladlieutenant in rounding up the uniformed ranks.
It is surprising that every image is depicted so vivid. It is really an authentic likeness oil painting.
