It was on May the 8th, 1889, genius Vincent Van Gogh left Arles for Saint Remy where twenty miles away. He went to an asylum for lunatic all by himself. Lived there, Van Gogh was allowed to walk out and paint from life. Starry Starry Night was created on the background of Saint Remy. A month later, he painted this artwork. Now this eternal oil painting is collected in Museum of Modern Art in New York.
This oil painting displays the cosmos deep in the soul of Van Gogh. Nebula seems like a giant dragon rolling continuously; dark brown cypress rotates as a sparkle flame… All the substances are likely to stir, to spin and to shaking; at last they fix into an extremely gorgeous ribbon. Even there are thousands of landscapes paintings come out of Holland always, but no one can bring the worshipping and severity of nature to paintings like Van Gogh. He can express his depressive motion while estimates the accuracy of his paintings.
Vincent
Starry starry night
Paint your palette blue and grey
Look out on a summer's day
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
Shadows on the hills
Sketch the trees and the daffodils
Catch the breeze and the winter chills
In colors on the snowy linen land.
And now I understand
What you tried to say to me
and how you suffered for your sanity
and how you tried to set them free.
They would not listen they did not know how
