If Shakespeare Can Draw Oil Painting

It is no doubt that Shakespeare is one of the greatest masters in the world of literature and art. His drama and sonnet have been popular with the public from his times till now. Readers can feel romantic atmosphere; they are always addicted into the fascinating scene that these amazing works create for them. Every time you read Shakespeare, you will experience a magic journey in poetry realm. Sometimes I have a special idea; I am curious that, if Shakespeare is a painter, what style oil painting would he create? The first time I met Shakespeare was his Sonnet Eighteen, which is an amazing poem with an admiration on perfect artwork and brilliant scenery in hot summer. Its elegance, its grace, and its beauty...all the features of it can be peered with any art master's classicism landscape oil painting. Both literature master and art master have similar elegant demeanor, that is their interpretation on this mortal life and art has some kind of power which can grasp the soul of people. If Shakespeare can draw, he must be a unparallel artist such as Leonardo Da Vinci. And his immortal works for instance Hamlet, King Lear and so on, would be the eternal gifts as the stories on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. The God gives every gifted man different gift; he gives Shakespeare unmatched intuition on literature; he gives Da Vinci unrivalled comprehension on art. There are no absolute boundary between art and literature; if Shakespeare were destined as a painter, he would create wonderful oil painting no worse than Da Vinci.
